About Aletheia Sophia

Her current life flows through the rhythms of land, ritual, and relational depth walking daily with her 33 goats along forgotten Cathar trails, after restoring a former Catholic summer home into a living temple: a sanctuary for humans and animals alike, complete with chapel, café, apothecary, vegan farmstead, and Living Waters.
She creates and teaches courses for The Shift Network, including Mary Magdalene’s Sacred Journey Through France, and her newest offering, launching in November 2025: Mary Magdalene’s Somatic Sacraments, a transmission of embodied devotion rooted in movement, mystery, and deep feminine remembering.
Through her books, ceremonies, courses, retreats and spoken word, Aletheia shares a non-dogmatic, inclusive devotion to embodied Gnosis, one that honors the Feminine Principle, the living spirit of Sophia, and the sacred dignity of the body.
She speaks with the voice of lineage, a voice shaped by time, silence, and sacred fire. Her oral work stirs remembrance of a wisdom tradition that has kept the flame alive through centuries of exile and devotion.
