SHIPPING POLICY
All of our orders are processed and shipped in the order they were received. Some of our items are processed through amazon shipping and thus can offer lower shipping rates. Other items are personalized and are shipped via usps with flat rates based on weight and size.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns - All products (with the exception of personalized items) can be returned and refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. For refund and return inquiries please email hello@daylunalife.com. All personalized items are non-refundable.
Cancellations - Cancellations for all bookings, services and workshops require 72 hour notice to qualify for a full refund. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the service, booking or workshop will be saved as a credit to reschedule or use toward a future workshop.
