We are currently looking for a part-time (to possibly full time) Virtual Assistant who is tech savvy and is experienced with email marketing, funnels, google suite, and social media platforms!

We want to find someone who is excited to be on our team and help us accomplish our goals, new creations, and share our mission!
​
This is an hourly remote position. We are looking for someone who can help us organize our current systems (emails, google drive and files), and understand/optimize our different platforms.
We are hoping to find someone who is passionate about Human Design and/or understands our vibe and mission! You don't need to be an HD expert for this position, but if you have listened to the podcast and understand what it is that we do/share/teach, that would be ideal!

Skills we are looking for:
Proficient in G-Suite
Organizing emails
Setting up email filters & automations
Email Funnels
Experience with creating different email funnels (we can write content) to optimize our current content.
Social Media
Ability to listen to podcasts and repurpose content to IG, Tiktok & youtube videos. Needs to be tech savvy to edit videos for the above platforms.
Familiar with Wix, Kajabi & Mailchimp
Optimizing how these platforms interact with each other to serve our customers best.
Customer Service
Look through emails and reply to customers accordingly
Canva Art Creation
Create email and social media images in canva that reflect our brand standards.
Organization
Organize digital files on dropbox, canva, google drive, and wix.
Self Starter
Motivated to take action, works well on their own, excited to optimize and find solutions
Podcast Guest Outreach
Research the potential guests who reach out to us and reach out to amazing guests we haven't had on yet.
