Ventura Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath November 8th

Join us for an intention setting cacao ceremony followed by a deeply relaxing, soul moving sound bath. 

Incorporating essential oils & aromatherapy, we will disucss the sacred plant medicine of cacao and how it works within the body. We will start the ceremony off with a guided meditation and then have time to share what intentions we are wanting to each set. After the ceremony we will settle in to receive a sound bath using crystal quartz chakra bowls, lead by sound healer and practicioner Dana Stiles, to move any stuck energy and help assist in your alignment and intention setting. We will then conclude the evening with a closing circle to journal or share what may have come up for you.

This is a safe space of connection and vulnerability - to see, and be seen - to listen, and be heard. A place to not only show up for others, but to show up for yourself. Please come with an open heart and mind, ready to receive healing from Mother Earths natural medicines (cacao + quartz singing bowls)!

What is Sound Healing?:

A sound bath is a meditation to aid in finding stillness of the mind as you allow vibration to clear and realign the energy centers of the body. Sound has many natural healing properties including reducing stress, anxiety, and unhealthy sleeping patterns, as well as improving overall mood and balancing the right and left hemispheres of the brain.
